الكلاسيكو (بالإسبانية:El Clásico) هو إسم مباراة كرة القدم التي تجمع قطبي الكرة الإسبانية ريال مدريد وبرشلونة, حيث أنهما ناديي كرة القدم الأنجح والأكثر تأثيرا في البلاد. وهذا التنافس يحدث بين مدينتي مدريد العاصمة وبرشلونةالمدينتان الأكبر في إسبانيا.

بداية مشوار التنافس

كانت اللقاءات بين نادي برشلونة ونادي ريال مدريد تجري مثلها مثل جميع لقاءات كرة القدم، التي تجمع فريقين، قد يتعادلان وقد يفوز فريق على آخر. غير أن بداية العداوة الممتعة تعود إلى سنة 1913، تاريخ أثقل هزيمة يتعرض لها فريق ريال مدريد على يد برشلونة. لم تكن قد مرت سنوى تسع سنوات على تأسيس النادي الملكي و14 سنة على تأسيس النادي الكاتالوني، كما لم تكن هنالك بطولة قائمة بذاتها في إسبانيا، مثلما نتابع اليوم كل سنة. جرت المباراة في شكل ودي، غير أن فريق نادي برشلونة أخذها على محمل الجد، وانتصر على ريال مدريد بسبعة أهداف لصفر.
